South Tees Developments Limited is one of STDC’s wholly owned companies. It was established to hold the land acquired by STDC from Tata Steel and SSI Steelworks secured through Compulsory Purchase Proceedings to realise the regeneration and redevelopment ambitions of the wider Teesworks site.
